Pre-race routine:

I got there at 5:30. Had a cup of coffee before I left home. I ate a banana just before the swim started, but then I waited about 40min for my pool start.

Just light stretching. I didn't warm up near enough.

Warm down:

water, musclemilk and a cup of fruit. I did get a post race massage. I probably won't do that again because there was a really long line and the massage wasn't that great.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My swim is bad, I felt like I started behind. I need to not walk when I should be running.
