Pre-race routine:

This was my first Triathlon ever back in 2009, so it was fun to revisit the course.

It had rained the night before which left the path from T1 to the bike mount MUDDY! I had to pick up Roo and carry him over the mud and was worried about my cleats filling up and not being able to clip in. The course went through a subdivision which included speed humps every 300 yards or so for awhile. This course also was hillier than I remember. Not my best bike performance. Had to carry Roo back into T2.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I waited to long to do this race report and now I cannot remember the details! Performance was limited due to fitness level being long and slow rather than short and fast.
