Pre-race routine:

Ate small breakfast - Ryvita cracker with cream cheese. Only small amounts to drink. Up at 5:30 to make the trek from hotel to site.

Tank top to wear over swim suit was too tight with race bib pinned on front, struggled to get it on - ripped some of the pins and the shirt a bit.
