No powerbar as I was full from my 5 servings of oatmeal yet. Had a Roctane 30 mins pre-race.

Walked a lot, swam a bit as my first OWS in 22 months! Tested bike too.

I started maybe a BIT harder than I should have, but it wasn't anything I couldn't overcome.

Jumped on bike and passed a guy in doing so. Decent T1, but longer compared to lots of others because I wore my wetsuit. (4th in AG, 25th overall.)

Was dying here, but kept it strong. Mike B passed me early, and I hung with him and passed him back around mile 2. Then just PUSHED to finish because of the TT start and not knowing who was really ahead of me or behind me.

Not much. Good effort.

Had a massage, and walked a lot. Stretched a bit. That was all.

Trinona is an AWESOME event. Great race. Great atmosphere. Great venue.
