Comments:

Started off OK but didn't really get into a steady rhythm for a while. Music helped. First K seemed the longest and after that it got a lot smoother - may be that was the effect of so many people. Slow and steady pace all the way. Managed to jog all the way and didn't have to stop once.I felt great apart from just at the end I sprinted to the finish and almost made myself sick!
What would you do differently?:

Run a little harder at the end so I ended sub 40'
Post race
Warm down:

Stretching and drinking

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My weight!

Event comments:

Amazed by the little amounts of fluids - but then I tend to drink a hell of a lot!
