It was very demoralizing to have all the pro women/elite men/elite women passing me the whole way (I was a corporate relay member). Actually, pretty much everyone was passing me. That's what I get for racing my weakest event in a relay!

Lack of training at this run distance. I've had over a year of knee pain which the doctors don't seem too concerned with. It bothers me, so I self-regulate.
