Train more; needed to run. I really had little or no training for the run.

training first tri of the year.

Event comments:

Rainy miserable day. i met the director of the race.... he was very nice and helpful. they were really great to me to wait for me to come in and make sure I got home. I did actually get lossed at one point and asked for directions. The committee found me once i was on track.
