Wow! This is the first time that my swim was my top event. I felt fast (for me) and relaxed. Navigation went quite well.

Doubtful that I would do anything different.

Still trying to figure out getting the wetsuit over my heels.

This is where the back injury and resulting lack of activity the past week hurt. About mile 12 the back spasms began and I began to baby things a bit. All things considered, however, things went reasonably well.
What would you do differently?:

Not get hurt the week before?

The entrance to the transition was changed after the swim segment. I set up my transition in the same row as the bike and swim entrance, but, for some reason, the entrance was changed for the bike. I went up the wrong row to the wrong spot. I discovered my error quickly and recovered fairly well. This could have been my best T2 this year.
