train harder

Warm down:

walked around and drank water/gatorade - watched the finishers - kept walking

What limited your ability to perform faster:

training not as intense as it should be

Event comments:

this is a really great little race put on by this organization - very friendly organizers - willing to take a little time to give info needed/requested - hung around during packet p/up and swam - talked to a few of the locals - very good and fun race in a really great location - the run course is absolutely fast and smooth w/no traffic intervention - the bike course was open road that almost like a closed course!! excellent roads....excellent roads!! had plenty of stuff to pig on - bagels, cream cheese - lotza fluids - had a hamburger/hot dog cookout w/plenty of food for all..including family members.
the volunteers were great amd i'm sure they don't get enough praise but they deserve it...the race director and his crew did a really great job!!! i would definitely recommend this race to everyone & anyone...i'll be back next year!
