Ran ~ 1 km in barefeet around swim to bike transition area. Did ABC's and stretched.

- Try to swim a little more towards the buoys as most of the swim, I was swimming away from it.
- Practice a little more navigating in open water as my stroke got all messed up partway through due to me going way off route.

- First time mistakes

Event comments:

- I did not enjoy passing what felt like a hundred bikers on my 2nd lap of the bike stage as it was very frusterating having to yell at some cyclists to let me through the trails. At a few points I even had to stop because of ignorant bikers I was lapping that would not let me by on their left hand side.

- There were no awards given out other than a plack based on overall race winner.
