It was 98 degrees when I hit the run so that slowed me down. I was running hard because there were a few clydes out there that I didn't know and didn't know what they may be able to do. As it turns out they weren't a real threat.

Course: Flat out and back. We decided that the run out must have a slight uphill because the run out is always so much harder than the run back. I always figured it had to do with getting my legs going after the bike.
