Comments:

felt okay at the start, but by mile 2 i could really tell that i was still sick (plus i REALLY had to pee!). just like the frigid 5 back in january where i ran after a bought with the flu, there's nothing like running to make you realized if you're really over a cold or not.
What would you do differently?:

not get sick? put up with the port-a-pot lines.
Post race
Warm down:

hung out for the awards - girls won best kids costume!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nasty cold/sinus infection. full bladder. lack of training this month.

Event comments:

nice meeting up with fellow bt'ers! :) i love doing a race during the candyfest weekend. the girls had a good time racing and winning best costume.
