Wear a Tri Top so I don't have to put on shirt and socks.

Legs felt like bricks! Could not find my pace until after 2 miles and by then I could not break 30 minutes. Very disapointed as I expected a better run.
What would you do differently?:

Do some additional brick workouts to get better acustomed to the transition of running off the bike.
