Woke up at hotel, ate oatmeal. Set up transition, and talked to the other people on my rack.

What would you do differently?:

Not drink anything but water. Probably should have fueled better on bike.

Drank water, walked around for 5 minutes and then found some shade.

Fun event, and great venue. A lot of fun swimming in the canal, will do it again next year.
