Comments:

Wasn't sure what to expect. Haven't run a race (not a tri) since May, and haven't done a 5 miler in a long time. Did set a sub 7 as a goal. Which I hit. A faster pace than the May 5k. An OK race, felt good, lots of room for improvement.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, didn't go out too fast, would try to run the 4th mile faster.
