Happy with the result, but i was fading at the end. If the course was a true sprint, 750m i would have been passed a bit more.
What would you do differently?:

Pace better, better goggles, be more familiar with the course.

Wow, I need to practice my T1. I lost at least 2 minutes on my finishing group here all due to a lack of experience.

Get some body glide for the damned suit, wear my jersey underneath...oh and breathe.

I took this ride very easy as I was not riding my bike. Mine was in need of repairs so I borrowed a buddies P2 and did not want to crash it, although I almost did inspite of my pace.

I was kind of choked the run was 1k shorter than advertised. I had lots of gas in the tank I could have used to bring my time down that instead was left over. However, I was happy to see the line when I saw it.
What would you do differently?:

Run Faster.

Lack of training, especially in transitions.

Event comments:

In spite of the run course cock-up this was a really fun and well run race. I'll be back next year with more focus.
