Pre-race routine:

Wake up. Drink coffee. Eat PB&J waffle. Drive to race.
Event warmup:

Jog to start and then stay in Walmart to keep warm.

Comments:

Good run. Kept the pace around my goal and let the hills dictate slightly faster or slower. Not sure if the course was slightly long, or if I just can't run in a straight line. Lost over a minute by running .17 over the normal amount.
What would you do differently?:

Run in a straighter line. Thought I was hitting the tangents pretty well, but apparently not as well as I thought.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around a bit, got some water, then walked about a mile to MARTA to ride home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing except hills.

Event comments:

Really good race. Didn't use the aid stations, but they looked to have plenty and there were plenty of volunteers to help out.

Course: First 7 or so miles were relatively flat or downhill. Next 5 or so were flat to uphill. Remaining was pretty downhill except for the final uphill at the finish line.
