Pre-race routine:

This was my first tri so I was learning more than anything as I didnt really know what to expect. Set up transition area simular to most everyone else and hoped for the best.

Remember to bring my contacts to I can acutally see something while standing in line or while swimming with goggles on.

Obviously from the time I had no clue what I was doing. Lots of lessons learned for next time though.

Not worry about my heart rate monitor and such or just wear it in the water.
