Comments:

Guy passed me at about 4 mile mark who was 34 y.o. Stayed with him for rest of the run. Right before getting into the park he reached down to take get his foot out of his shoes and slowed down a bit. I passed him going into the park.
What would you do differently?:

Push it harder on the bike.

Threw the football with Rory! Waited for Nate to see him finish.

Event comments:

Love this race and look forward to doing it every year. Only comment would be that it was difficult to drink out of the plastic cups during the run.
