Ok....Good rest, was in Spaim 2 weeks prior. Needed to do more endurance (LSD) on Bke. First Olympis of season.

Nothing. Rack close to bike in. There was plenty of space. Move bike if necessary.

Excellent race. Very happy. Only compalint was hanging around for the start. Had to wait 2 hrs.

Course: 2 laps. Over the field on temp surface was very tough. Next time just run on the grass. Trails were tough and heat didnt help. Tough run for me. Had to take a leak on myself...was pissing quite a bit. Do 50-60 mins easy runs instead of 40 min easy.
