Comments: Had problems with getting into swim rhythm. Also the cold water was causing me to have a hard time keeping my face in the water. What would you do differently?: more open water practice Transition 1
Comments: Did not practice taking of wetsuit while running up stairs and that was a problem and cost me time. Did not plan on it being so hard to take of a wetsuit when you are really cold. What would you do differently?: Just wait until I get to the bike rack and then take off wetsuit. Otherwise T-1 went well with no issues. Bike

Comments: T-2 time is combined with bike due to timing issues. T-2 went perfect and by my watch was 30 seconds What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Had to stop for bathroom pit stop that cost me a few minutes. Made a rooky mistake of taking a gel that cause me get stomach pains. What would you do differently?: no bathroom break No gels Post race
