Pre-race routine:

Woke up around 5 am had a bottle of smart water and a multigrain bar. Was pretty nervous this being my 1st tri. I wasnt able to "do my business" but didnt feel bad

Run was tough. I got a cramp pretty early and couldnt get rid of it. My legs felt good however.

Mentally push through my cramp and take a goo before my run
