Comments: tired a full sleeve suit. MS size I am not in full sleeve. river was nice, water was clean, saw a few fish. breathing was balls. arm mobility was fine. chest/breathing...not so good What would you do differently?: better fitting suit. had increased distance in training for swim so the course should have been no problem. Warm down: stretching in the river What limited your ability to perform faster: swim. killed me. have since found a much better suit. Event comments: was a good race. it was a bit unorganized but I wasnt overly put off by it. would have liked to have a bit more time to warm up. the swim was awful one more piece of the race puzzle tri(ed) out (haha) and corrected!
