Good swim considering that I have only swam 6 times in the last month.
What would you do differently?:

Need to go out slower. Feel like I have to go out hard to get ahead of the pack. Need to pace myself better. Did not have trouble on swim but I feel it is hurting me on the bike.

Well run. The park people did not open the gates on time but that is not the fault of the race people. They were in there waiting for us.

Course: Y shaped course. Several big hills in the first 6 miles then pretty much down hill to flat coming home. Hill on the return of the first Y was pretty long but not unlike the hill after the playground at Stone Mountain.
