wake up call 5 AM, group leaving at 5:30; dressed and grabed a bagel to go. 30 minute drive to park, number change due to race chip missing on previous day, took a while to find cip check. Transition set up

I started off well on the run, lack of fluids on the bike cost me towards the end of the run. I need to work on increasing my speed during the run.

I drank some fluids and started feeling sick due to dehydration. chatted with friends and departed

Event comments:

Awesome Swag bag! great volunteers, wished I felt better after the race to enjoy the cold beer and other racers
