Pre-race routine:

Staring at the swim bouy's hoping they were going to drift closer to shore.

Swam about 250 meters and froze my @#$%$ off.

Felt good.....did a lot of breast stroke, but my goal was continuous movement, and not to waste all of my energy in the swim.
What would you do differently?:

Train more for better freestyle form and performance.

I improved from my 1st tri, so I was happy. Plan on being sub 1 minute next time.
What would you do differently?:

Get actual tri shoes so that I can leave them on the bike. My current shoes are full road shoes and would be impossible to put on while in motion.

I need to work on hills.....felt good that I didn't stop on any hills. I am running a single chainring on the front, but I don't think that was my problem, just need more hill work and time on the bike.

Train harder and go faster.

I actually felt pretty good on the run......it is my best leg so far. I think I can work on increasing my pace. I am starting to train for the MS Blues Marathon, and I think that will help for next seasons sprint/olympic tri's.
