Best put on 5k I have ever attended. Starting out slower in the beginning is the way to go.

Not eaten the banana before the race.

Throwing up behind the bushes.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training and that stupid banana

Event comments:

An amazing event. Loved it. Great timing system which scrolled the racers in order of finishing time as it went on. Announcers calling out names. Free buffet afterward at Connie Macs. Great medals.
