Monkey brain and slow run on the pavement, took my time drying off feet. no fumbles getting into gear. Good take off from T-1, 1 second slower than last year.

1 minute 45 seconds faster that last year. 4th time riding bike, need more road time an d not jsut spinning class. Cahin fell off a the 4 mile point, lost a minute fixing that.

Some one took my rack spot so I had to move over 3 places. 1 minute 26 seconds slower than last year. Difficulty running out of T-2, couldn't get my feet moving.

Not sure if there was any thing different I could do.

Losing 9 days of training did not help.

Event comments:

Laurie Mehler does a great job with these races. i strongly reccommend this race to experienced and new people alike. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and it is a great venue.
