Post race
Warm down:

got something to drink and waiting at the finish line to watch kate finish

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my legs still felt good afterwards, but I pushed as hard as I could HR wise so happy I am in good shape but just dont have that top gear to really pour it on.

Event comments:

My wife and I start out our season at this race every year as it was our very first triathlon. Lots of first timers with plenty of really good guys to compete against. Very fun relaxed race.
