The legs were feeling heavy and about to cramp after the bike, but they were able to loosen up and I finished good.

The weeks of traveling prior to the race.

Need to focus on more interval work to improve the run segments, in particular the 2nd run.

Event comments:

For a small event, it was very well organized and run.
