More bricks to get running legs back, get come calories in the race, HYDRATE!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The run ate me for breakfast. Getting lost swimming didn't help either. Still wondering why the bike was slow, I really fel like I pushed hard.

Event comments:

Decent for a first triathlon. Once I got in the water, it wasn't so scary.

Overall, fun flat race, especially with 16 awesome, supportive teammates. We Are...Penn State!
