Comments: Oh, boy. I practiced in waves...really thought I had it. I swam ok for a bit as I rounded the buoy and passed a few people. Then I took some waves and swallowed water. I got very tired and just dog paddled what seemed like forever. I tried to put my head back in a start back up but I just kept taking in water. I dog paddled for another few minutes. I snapped out of it when the lifeguard asked if I wanted assistance. It really sucked. What would you do differently?: I am not sure. I practiced in Lake Mi 10 days in row. I wasn't scared. I warmed up. Transition 1

Comments: never know what my pace is. I felt good, but hot. Just ran as fast as I could. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
