Pre-race routine:

Ate wayyy too much at Danny Boy's. Chicken Parm and Oatmeal Stout, lots of bread. Woke up, oatmeal and PB, 2 sips of water. Walked Brady, jogged 5 mins.

None, walked from car, hopped through fence into pace group and gun went off

Amazing; felt great, perfect pace. BIker hit me, slowed me down, definitely could have broken 1:29:00 if that hadn't happened. Oh well.
