Great spot in transition again. Getting early to this race is important as not all transition spots are created equal.
Event warmup:

ran around lake, biked about 5 miles with some high cadence stuff, swam out to buoy at exit and back to check site lines for finish.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I trained the whole week with a hard ride on Wed and tempo run thurs. Up late camping on Friday. Knew it would be bad but didn't know it would be this bad.

Event comments:

They messed up my wave number during registration. Many others had this problem. Everything else was fine.
