Need to spend more time in the pool and open water. I wasn't ready and this was the weakest of the segments

Trained on flat land and wasn't ready for hills (even slight) in Clermont.

time to invest in a new road bike. I road in teh Fat Tire clasification

Calves were very tight and I stoped twice to stretch.

Lack of training in real world scenarios. I sucked in a lot of water in the open water

Event comments:

Since I was towards the rear of the bike segment....there was a lack of volunteers on the course. I missed a turn towards the end of the course....I wasn't the only one to miss it
