Had problems sighting with the waves and at one point decided to put my head down and swim fast and went off-course

Sight more frequently, it's time well-spent

It was a long run from the beach to transition and I had no energy to sprint, felt a little dizzy
What would you do differently?:

I need to practice sprinting right after swimming as well as jumping on bike. I also need to get a tri bike instead of doing this on a road bike

When I started the run I was drained and thought I was not going to be able to finish without walking. However, after the first mile I started feeling better and could increase the pace.

Do more brick workouts!
