Comments: I can't believe i ran slower than my nyc half marathon!! i have to chalk it all up to new mommy syndrome and i did the best training with the time i had available What would you do differently?: a lot more disciplined tempo runs and speed runs. It's taking me too long! Post race
Warm down: walked to car, 15 mins. What limited your ability to perform faster: I was pretty sick for 3 days right before and definitely not 100 percent today- if there was any other occasion i would have stayed in bed all day.
