Comments:

I was not swimming very straight but navigation was OK; I just had to sight more often than I wanted. I negative split the two loops (16.11/15.50) for a total time of 32.01.

Comments:

A relatively flat course with some good rollers and a couple of steeper short hills. It POURED twice on the bike. The wet pavement, the many turns, and the mixed condition of the country roads spooked me, so I lost some time to caution. With HR up from the swim it was easier than I expected to keep the rate up. Monitor reports 146 average. Some strong headwinds on the way back.
