Baked oatmeal around 7am. half shot caffeine gel about 35 minutes beforehand.

Comments:

Nice way to do an early season run -- all indoors in the middle of February. Pretty much went hard the whole way, started flagging a bit towards the end. Wanted to see how hard I could push.

Event comments:

Indoors in February is a huge plus. Course was flat but tough with all the turns. Not much in the way of pre/post race activities. Parking was expensive ($19).
