Comments: Ran easy for the race. This was part of our 11 mile run. My left ankle hurt a bit at the start. Post race
Warm down: Ate and orange slice and drank water. Then started 8 miles with training group. What limited your ability to perform faster: Having a 8 mile run planned for after the race. Woke up, ate toast and peanut butter with honey. It was nice to start a little later.
Did a warm up jog around the block with the training group. Was talking while they did drills, so I missed them
