Comments:

Bit of a current pulling people towards the course ropes, found it difficult as my first long open water swim without wet suit.
What would you do differently?:

Train specifically without wet suit in open water

Very hot, 32 deg with percieved temp 39 with the humidity. tried not to push to hard,as it was a training race.

Comments:

Very tough run, nearly thought of giving up, walked nearly every aid station after the first 2. Temps were extremely hot and humid, body just couldn't cool down even with water and sponges.

take it more slowly
