Comments:

My pace was right were my training said I would be.
What would you do differently?:

I do not think that I had enough food/ carbs at the beginning of the run. I wish I could have gotten a gel at one of the first couple stations.
Post race
Warm down:

stretched some then got some massage therapy from recovery zone. It helped my leg.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

strength to speed ratio in training. some longer runs might have helped.

Event comments:

this was the largest running race, well largest athletic event I have ever competed in. It was a lot of fun to run with so many people. the course was tougher than my usually training runs in regards to elevation change.
