Pre-race routine:

Camping night before. minimal training in the wek before.
walked the run course and drove bthe bike course. very important to get familiarised.
Event warmup:

wetsuit on, simple stretching. big breakfast and energy drink SIS before. change diet to have white rice and simple carbs night before.

consistent times for the three laps, 34 mins for each one. could have pushed when feeling stronger, jelly bean every 1 km good idea.

have some water and stop to drink it.

beleif that could go fsater on the bike and still run off the bike. practice running off the bike after every long ride.

great flat fast race, could possible do 4:30:00 with good training and improvements in each area.
