Comments: Pretty easy course. The 1st mile was tough since my legs were pumped from the 50 minute hard bike ride. There was a good sized hill around mile 5, well big for FL but the finish was down hill. What would you do differently?: Think the bike part out, but hey it was a good training session for a tri. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, drank water and ate bananas. What limited your ability to perform faster: Only been running since Feb 2012, just need more time in. Event comments: This was the Ronald McDonald House race and I used it as a training run. This was their 1st annual race, I hope they have it next year. Good race. Last updated: 2012-04-10 12:00 AM

Got up early, drank coffee and ate breakfast. Then I did a long slow stretch.
I drove to the race site w/ bike on the truck. Took bike for a ride. I almost messed up, I was giving myself time to get back, but i forgot I had to put the bike up, change shoes, put on bib no etc, so I had to push it hard to get back but i made it.
