Comments: Pool had a long run out of water to tranistion added about a 30 meter run on the swim time. What would you do differently?: I could swim the first half a little faster. Transition 1
Comments: Had a good tranistion, Jersey got stuck a little, there was a long run to the mount/dismount line. What would you do differently?: cut a few seconds off. Bike
Comments: I saw a few people with flats, road was a little rough with some gravel spots. Really had to pay attention to the surface. What would you do differently?: I know I can push this a little harder. I want overall average above 20.5. Transition 2
Comments: had a great second transition. Almost dismounted a little to fast but I seem to do it every time. What would you do differently?: nothing. Run
Comments: I did not feel like I was pushing that hard. It was my best paced run to date. What would you do differently?: get stretched on the bike leg a little better to start the run better. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, intaking fluids and fruits. stretched and took a short jog. What limited your ability to perform faster: just need some more training miles. Up early finish packing and ate a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter and raisens. 20 ounces of water.
got to the event a little later than planned, so I rushed in to get transition set then got marked and checked in.
Short jog and stretch, then swam a 250 about 20 mins before start.
