I need to work on my bike speed...I would like to be at an 17.5-18 pace which for this course may be unreasonable for me, but Mooney did it at 18.3, so 18 it is not unobtainable with training and maybe some weights too.

Felt pretty good and was trying to hit a 10 min pace and I ended at 10:05. I would like to get down to a 9 min pace on the run
What would you do differently?:

Run faster...need to do more speed work and train for another marathon.
