BONK, for the second time cold water got the best of me. It cost me a good 20 min. Caused some hyperventilating. the last 20 min I finally calmed down and got in my grove.
What would you do differently?:

Practice swim before the race to prepare for the water temp.

The volunteers misplaced my mini transition bag. Lost time looking for it. Other than that good bare foot warm up run ( appox .5 mi) and transition.

Good bike ride. Could have pushed it a bit but wanted to save some gas for the unknown run. Only problem was people not listening to on your left on the down hills; as a result I had to ride the brakes way too much.

Top notch, well oiled machine. Very pleased with the race. Wish I didn't bonk the swim. No major critiques to improve it.
