I'm really bad at swimming. I was moving pretty good for about 150 yards, then I ran out of breath. I sucked up some water and had to grab the canoe for a few seconds to get myself straight. There was a long run to the transition, but it was a bad swim, even for me.
What would you do differently?:

Bad run for me. I should have pushed harder at first and up the big hill. I walked part of the hill. Midway a guy in my class tried to pass me so I turned it up and left him. Really bad run for me.
