Comments: I was well hydrated prior to the race and I noticed Tom didn't stop to get water at midpoint so I didn't bother either. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race
Warm down: Minor stretches, drank water, ate a banana and half a bagel. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing, almost well rested. I'll update this once I get the official results, which they did not have available at the race. Event comments: For a YMCA event, they did a very good job. Coffee (caffeinated), 2 scoops of mud, 4 Race Leg tablets, 2 scoops of Infinit and 1/2 of a Oh Yeah! bar.
Did my static stretches prior and post warm up run. W/U run lasted about 8 minutes, easy jog.
