cold water took my breath, it took me a few minutes to catch it back, after that i was able to get my rythym going.

more cold water swims

everything was ok, instead of going out run exit i went out bike exit and it was on the other side of transition. I probably lost a minute being dumb.

make dang sure where the correct exits are.

really had a bad run since i have been battling plantar fisciatis for 6 month now. I tried running with a different stance and since i did i had different set of muscles give me trouble.
What would you do differently?:

dont know what could have done different since i was injured
